4 cups Raspberry Leaf
1/2 cup Mint Leaf
1/4 cup Stevia Leaf
1 cup Nettle Leaf
Mix and use 1 tablespoon to brew by the glass or 1 cup to brew by the gallon. Add sugar to taste. Enjoy!
